Responsibilities
- Direct Prospecting: Outbound outreach to commercial property owners, residential real estate investors, portfolio holders, and HOA board members via phone, email, in-person drops, and direct mail.
- Relationship Building: Develop referral relationships with real estate agents, commercial brokers, lenders, and vendors who interact with property owners.
- CRM Management: Keep sales pipeline and client communications organized using our CRM software.
- Proactive Networking: Attend local Real Estate Investor (REI) meetups, HOA board meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, trade shows, and real estate networking groups to build a referral pipeline.
- Fearless & Outgoing: You are genuinely comfortable approaching new people, stepping into high-value meetings, and leading sales presentations.
- Self-Driven: You don't wait for leads to come to you—you know how to create your own opportunities and hunt for business.
- Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to adapt your pitch whether you're talking to a solo landlord or an entire HOA board.
- Experience: 2+ years of outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development experience (Property Management, Real Estate, or Real Estate-adjacent sales experience is a major plus, but not required).
- Mobility: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (local travel required for meetings and networking events).
