- Experience: Previous experience in event operations, logistics, transportation coordination, crowd control, or high-volume customer service preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile devices, logistics apps, and digital check-in tools in real time.
- Communication Skills: Verbal communication skills with the confidence to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic assertively yet politely.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods during shift hours in varying weather conditions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to stay calm under pressure, think quickly on your feet, and adapt to shifting schedules or live operational delays.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate onsite transportation operations to ensure safe, organized, and efficient passenger movement during events and projects.
- Check in drivers and passengers using designated apps/tools to confirm accurate rider and trip information.
- Dispatch drivers and vehicles according to fixed schedules and operational plans.
- Direct ingress and egress flow for large groups of buses, shuttles, and passenger traffic at event sites.
- Ensure appropriate signage, staging, queue lines, and passenger flow markings are in place and clearly visible.
- Assign and monitor vehicle staging locations to maintain orderly loading and departure operations.
- Serve as an onsite point of contact for drivers and passengers by answering basic logistical questions and providing directions.
- Monitor operations for delays, safety concerns, or discrepancies and escalate issues promptly to management.
- Maintain real-time communication with operations teams through approved communication channels and reporting procedures.
