In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily incoming revenue operations. You’ll serve as our financial sleuth—matching incoming payments, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring our financial records remain spot-on. Salary: $20 - $22 per hour
Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:
- Manage Cash Flow: Accurately apply incoming customer payments (checks, electronic transfers, credit cards) into our financial systems.
- Solve Payment Puzzles: Investigate payment discrepancies, handle credit card chargebacks, re-apply misdirected funds, and process policyholder refunds.
- Collaborate & Support: Partner with internal customer service reps to handle high-priority financial inquiries and assist our global support team with daily operations.
- Banking & Reconciliations: Monitor daily bank activity, reconcile accounts, and assist in reviewing aging balances for necessary adjustments.
Skills:
- Cash Applications (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Basic Accounts Receivable (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Claims Processing
- Excel
