- Program Leadership: Proven track record leading enterprise-wide HR, Compensation, or Organizational Transformation programs within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional ability to build consensus, drive alignment, and influence stakeholders at all levels (from operational managers to executive leadership) without direct authority.
- Analytical & Compliance Mindset: strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills, with experience reviewing job content, organizational design, or compliance frameworks (FLSA knowledge is highly preferred).
- Communication & Presentation: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex HR, Legal, and analytical data into concise executive presentations.

Responsibilities
- Program Governance & Execution: Lead end-to-end program planning, establishing detailed milestones, project roadmaps, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies across all business units.
- FLSA & Exemption Analysis: Partner with Compensation, Legal, and HR Leadership to evaluate primary employee duties, decision-making authority, and job scope to inform compliant FLSA exemption classifications.
- Stakeholder Alignment & SMEs: Facilitate structured review sessions and interviews with department heads, People Business Partners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate actual job responsibilities vs. documented roles.
- Audits & Content Reconciliation: Conduct job audits to identify gaps between documented responsibilities and actual work performed, driving consensus on organizational design and role clarity.
- Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify program risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional roadblocks, developing creative mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Executive Dashboards & Reporting: Prepare executive-ready status reports, decision logs, and visual dashboards to communicate program health, milestones, and key classification decisions to senior leadership.
- Process Standardization: Establish consistent documentation standards, audit-ready compliance logs, and scalable governance frameworks to sustain job architecture integrity long-term.
