Must-haves:
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel—including pivot tables and handling large datasets).
- Communication & Analytics: Highly analytical mindset with outstanding written and verbal communication skills to present findings to leadership.
- Workflow Management: Proven ability to handle multiple complex priorities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
- Analyze data and spot trends: Gather, organize, and evaluate complex datasets from multiple sources to identify compliance risks and present strategic solutions to leadership, legal, and ethics teams.
- Bridge compliance gaps: Create and deliver targeted communications and training materials that drive positive behavioral changes across all US Commercial business units.
- Lead audit and project initiatives: Support audit preparations and remediation efforts while leading continuous improvement projects that balance business agility with strict regulatory controls.
- Provide expert advisory: Serve as the main point of contact for daily compliance inquiries, partnering directly with field teams, home office staff, and key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Standardize processes: Draft and maintain clear procedures and work instructions to ensure commercial monitoring programs remain accurate, consistent, and effective.
