Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to healthcare members to complete Health Needs Assessments, support care management activities, and ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 50–70 outbound calls daily to members to conduct Health Needs Assessments.
- Receive incoming calls from members to address inquiries and process assessments.
- Accurately document member interactions and survey details in tracking systems.
- Collaborate with care management teams to support member satisfaction and health outcomes.
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2–3 years of managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, or healthcare insurance experience.
- Proven experience in a high-volume phone customer service or call center environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and multi-screen computer navigation.
- Note: Prior experience strictly in a doctor's front office without insurance/managed care experience does not qualify.
