In this critical quality-assurance role, you will analyze high-volume financial and non-financial transactions, verify new account setups, review contact center interactions, and audit shareholder communications to maintain strict accuracy and clarity. Driven by our commitment to ISO 9001 standards, you will serve as a key line of defense in identifying discrepancies, resolving quality issues, and fostering a culture of risk management and continuous operational improvement.
salary: $24.74 - $24.75 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- review of shareholder correspondence for content, clarity, grammar and typographical errors and/or review of Contact Center transactions for caller verification.
- Communicate any transaction or reference discrepancies to appropriate parties.
- Resolve all quality control issues and maintain group work standards for volume and accuracy.
- Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement driven by our ISO 9001 certification
