Responsibilities
- Diagnose PLCs, PMCs, HMIs, motion control systems, Fanuc CNC controls, VB.net/VB6 software, and motor/spindle drives.
- Perform ball screw parameter tuning, tool changer adjustments, and safety system/sensor maintenance.
- Build and configure replacement control PCs for field applications.
- Deliver technical customer support, assist with customer orders, and utilize CRM tools to support aftermarket sales.
- Read technical schematics, train internal team members, and ensure safe, timely project execution.
