- Coordinate the preparation and submission of 50-100 licensing applications weekly, ensuring our clients operate compliantly and successfully.
- Partner with Account Managers to resolve licensing barriers, driving timely fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain vital documentation within our internal database, capturing process changes to empower our research and onboarding teams.
- Support cross-functional teams by performing critical account audits and managing multiple dynamic projects concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in data entry, operations, or business licensing.
- Outstanding proficiency in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating tact and discretion when handling sensitive data.
- Proven ability to thrive with autonomy in a dynamic environment, maintaining meticulous accuracy in data management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to independently drive projects forward.
