Your Impact In this role, you will build robust client partnerships and resolve complex challenges. You will:
- Develop robust relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
- Perform comprehensive searches, document retrieval, execution, and preparation at all jurisdictional levels.
- Streamline problem resolution and efficiently assist with order fulfillment.
- Understand and clearly explain our comprehensive service offerings, methodologies, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Make well-informed, timely decisions to consistently meet client expectations.
- Analyze data to improve service delivery, customer retention, and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist customers and team members with training on products and company databases using a consultative approach.
- Associate's degree or a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment working with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent data entry skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple demands.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.
