Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Expertly oversee and manage complex attorney schedules to ensure optimal daily workflows.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, proofread, and finalize a wide array of legal documents and correspondence.
- Proceeding Logistics: Take the lead on coordinating multi-party meetings, expert depositions, and formal mediations.
- Electronic Court Filing: Accurately execute legal e-filings across both State and Federal court systems.
- Independent Operations: Autonomously multi-task and prioritize strict, deadline-driven duties while delivering top-tier service to clients and internal staff.
- 3+ years of recent experience working as a Legal Assistant or Litigation Secretary.
- Prior experience specifically handling insurance defense litigation is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard office computer systems and e-filing portals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High-level organizational skills coupled with a positive, highly professional attitude.
- Salary Range: $62,500 – $72,500 annually (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
- Complex Calendar Management & Scheduling: Overseeing and meticulously managing busy attorney calendars to ensure optimal time management, including scheduling critical case-related events and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Comprehensive Legal Document Preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and preparing a wide variety of legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings required for active civil litigation and insurance defense cases.
- Strategic Proceeding Coordination: Organizing the logistics for vital legal proceedings, taking the lead on coordinating client meetings, multi-party depositions, and formal mediations.
- Federal and State Court E-Filing: Executing the precise electronic filing of sensitive legal documents across both Federal and State Court systems, ensuring strict adherence to court rules and time-sensitive deadlines.
