Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or office administration role is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to the full coverage dates: Sept. 30th – Oct. 9th (Monday – Friday, standard business hours).

Responsibilities
- Warm Welcomes: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, answer basic inquiries, and route lines to the appropriate team members.
- Lobby & Admin Support: Keep the reception area tidy, handle incoming mail/deliveries, and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
