Responsibilities
- General Accounting & Data Entry: Enter, update, and maintain precise financial data across accounting software systems and tracking spreadsheets.
- Excel Reporting & Tracking: Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, run comparative data checks, and troubleshoot formula errors across large financial datasets.
- AP/AR & Invoice Processing: Review, organize, and process incoming invoices, receipts, and payment documentations; communicate directly with vendors regarding billing questions.
- Reconciliations & Discrepancy Research: Review financial records for total accuracy, spot missing data, and cross-verify information between systems and Excel reports.
- Closing & Executive Support: Assist with month-end and year-end close routines, maintain audit-ready physical/electronic records, and assist with special accounting projects.
