Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for EAP and Behavioral Health operations, including provider contracting, credentialing, payment coordination, reporting, and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain executed provider and employer contracts while responding to routine network inquiries.
- Support credentialing, re-credentialing, and provider recruitment documentation in internal CRM systems.
- Coordinate weekly payment extracts, AP invoices, month-end financial summaries, and Form 5500 reporting.
- Assist in coordinating wellness fairs, employee orientations, and maintaining promotional materials.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, provider services, or contract support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, data entry, and contract management or CRM systems.
- Preferred: Background supporting EAP, Behavioral Health, provider payments, or corporate wellness events.
