The Opportunity Ready to step up to a multi-billion-dollar scale without sacrificing your work-life balance? We are seeking an analytically sharp Rebate Disbursement Analyst to own the end-to-end execution of a high-value client portfolio within an $18 Billion annual disbursement operation.

In this role, you will decode complex contract logic, solve high-level variance puzzles, and drive process improvements alongside cross-functional leaders in FP&A, Legal, and Client Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership: Manage end-to-end payment execution, auditing, and timeliness for your assigned client portfolio.
  
  
• Contract Subject Matter Expert: Translate intricate contract terms and setup logic into precise system execution.
  
  
• Problem Solving & Analytics: Perform root-cause and variance analyses to resolve discrepancies and handle complex financial inquiries.
  
  
• Process Optimization: Identify operational friction points and partner with internal teams to build streamlined, modern workflows.
  
  

What You Bring

• Required: Background in complex financial operations, payment processing, or rebate analysis.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (required); SQL proficiency (highly preferred).
  
  
• Core Strengths: Sharp analytical problem-solving, strong cross-functional communication, and keen attention to detail.

Day to day responsibilities include interpreting contracts and setup logic, executing payments in disbursement systems, meeting accuracy and timeliness metrics, responding to internal and external inquiries through independent research, identifying inefficiencies in established processes, and supporting ad hoc initiatives.
