- Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering for the duration of the co-op assignment (required).
- Demonstrated ability in strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficient in 3D CAD Software and creating engineering drawings.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical assembly and testing procedures.
- Understanding of basic electronics assembly and testing techniques.
- Proficiency with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software.
- Experience specifically with SolidWorks or Creo.

Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of design, development, and process engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with other R&D colleagues in developing products to address customer needs.
- Develop new test or manufacturing processes to support product development.
- Apply statistical tools & methods to assess experimental data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Support the development of prototypes and ensure their performance meets product specifications.
- Summarize and present findings through both written and oral report-outs.
