Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Cost Modeling: Analyze procurement, vendor, and spend data to build cost models, identify savings opportunities, and support vendor negotiations.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain KPIs, reports, and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional business partners.
- Contract & Compliance Monitoring: Track vendor contract terms, volume commitments, renewals, and compliance requirements to mitigate operational risk.
- Data Integrity & TMS Support: Audit and ensure accuracy across procurement systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Logistics, Operations, Sales, and Finance to streamline reporting, digitize data processes, and support system maintenance.
- Experience: 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, financial analysis, operations analytics, or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (expert-level pivot tables, complex formulas, cost modeling, data analysis) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), contract management, or marine/port/intermodal logistics.
- Tools (Preferred): BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Quickbase.
This is an immediate-start, high-visibility contract opportunity where an experienced analyst can quickly jump into complex datasets, deliver immediate business value, and partner with senior leadership across supply chain operations.

- Partner with internal stakeholders across Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, and Finance.

- Assist with procurement system implementation, maintenance, and user support.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership.
