Position Overview
Are you an experienced account management or customer service professional looking to make an impact in the aerospace manufacturing industry? In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key global accounts—including airlines, OEMs, and distribution partners. You will build lasting relationships with business leaders, manage quotes and contracts, and collaborate with internal supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless order delivery from start to finish.
Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in account management, contract administration, customer service, or supply chain within a manufacturing or aerospace environment (OR a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of the same experience).
- strong communication skills with proven success leading client meetings, negotiations, and cross-functional team projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Project for schedule and program management.
- Direct background managing OEM, airline, MRO, or distributor accounts.
- Familiarity with forecasting, managing rotable pools, or contract audit procedures.

Responsibilities
- Manage Key Accounts: Serve as the main point of contact for global accounts, building strong relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Lead Contract & Quote Processes: Review contract requirements, prepare RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate pricing and delivery timelines with cross-functional internal teams.
- Coordinate End-to-End Fulfillment: Oversee the complete order-to-shipping process, ensuring on-time delivery, tracking forecasts, and resolving supply chain or delivery roadblocks.
- Drive Business & Metrics: Analyze market trends, monitor root causes for operational issues, and deliver account status reports directly to site leadership.
