A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator to join an innovative team in Ridgefield, CT. In this dynamic 1-year contract position, you will work fully onsite to support chemical scale-up, operate specialized equipment, and contribute to cutting-edge life science developments while prioritizing safety and operational excellence.

responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Technician in executing pilot plant campaigns and operating specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to troubleshoot equipment and process challenges.
- Communicate batch status effectively with chemists, analytical teams, and MAS stakeholders.
- Complete all batch record entries, technical calculations, and required training promptly.
- Active involvement in group meetings, including daily standups and PSOR meetings.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols, GMP procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Proven experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures.
- Demonstrated equipment and process troubleshooting skills.
