Responsibilities
This contractor opportunity supports our Life, Annuity, and Retirement Solutions customer service teams. Inbound Service Representatives assist clients with general account inquiries, product support, and service requests. The role includes a comprehensive training program before transitioning to a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Schedule & Location Details
- Training (Weeks 1–6):
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET (100% attendance required).
- Format: Classroom instruction, systems practice, and live call shadowing.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET (100% attendance required).
- Hybrid Schedule (Post-Training):
- In-Office: 2 required days per week (Grandview Yard or Scottsdale locations). Patterns are typically Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.
- Equipment & Tech Setup: All hardware provided. Work-from-home days require a direct Ethernet connection to your router (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

- Production Hours & Flexibility:
