- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to understand shopper/consumer insights and performance analytics, translate into customer friendly language
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in CPG, preferably in commercial, category, broker management, Category Management or customer‑facing roles.
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives, influencing without authority, and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong command of syndicated data (e.g., Circana/IRI, Nielsen), financial analysis, and delivering insight-driven communication.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships with internal teams and customer partners.

Responsibilities
- Drive consumer and customer centric strategies that are inherently commercial in the BU, driving prioritization clarity across the marketplace via channel/customer segmentation.
- Lead commercial planning in segment —including selling stories, assortment recommendations, long range planning —in partnership with Sales and Revenue Growth Management.
- Ensure strategy to action through robust action plans within BU Sources of Growth; and translation to customer plans via channel playbooks, Plan Alignment Meetings, ECR and IBP.
- Serve as a central sales voice in cross‑functional forums by synthesizing insights from consumer trends, syndicated data, competitive intelligence, and customer performance.
- Partner with Brand and cross-functional teams to assess business cases, size new opportunities, support innovation launches, and build execution tracker for performance against expectations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, alignment to financial targets, and service levels across key customers.
- Driving robust performance management routines via BU and Sales MBR against action plans and impact. “Did we do what we said we would do? Did we execute to specification? Is the impact in line with expectations? What do we need to accelerate, pivot or execute differently?”
