In this essential role, you will operate large production-class digital printers and high-speed envelope inserting machines (such as Neopost or Pitney Bowes) within a corporate mailroom environment. You will be responsible for verifying print jobs, folding, inserting, applying postage, and ensuring the timely distribution of sensitive healthcare documentation. Working a regular 2nd-shift schedule from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, you will play a crucial part in meeting strict turnaround schedules.

- Verify print jobs against documentation, process postage, and confirm communication completions.
- Handle paper and envelope inventory, including lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality standards while processing sensitive information.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a print room, mailroom, or production environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, PDF).
- Ability to stand for long periods, stay active all shift, and lift up to 50 lbs.
