Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Receive and respond to inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members across a wide range of topics.
- Product Knowledge: Serve as a subject matter expert across active and legacy product suites, applying real-time product changes, updates, and enhancements to daily calls.
- Consultative Support: Identify the "question behind the question" to uncover unstated needs and proactively offer expert financial guidance.
- Member Documentation: Maintain detailed conversation records to build deep customer insights and support long-term relationship growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to FINRA regulations, internal company policies, plan documents, and federal/state laws.
- Financial Education: Educate callers on key contract details, including tax implications, surrender charges, death benefits, lifetime income options, and capital preservation strategies.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze complex issues to achieve first-contact resolution, collaborating with internal partners to handle escalations when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement & Growth: Apply Lean methodology during daily team huddles and participate in regular leadership coaching to build a clear, goal-driven career path.
