As an Entry-Level bilingual Recruiter, you will act as the vital connection between job seekers and hiring clients. No prior recruiting experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training on sourcing techniques, interview strategies, and staffing software! Your primary focus will be communicating with candidates in both English and [Second Language, e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.] to screen, interview, and match them with open positions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Post bilingual job ads on job boards, social media platforms, and community groups; search resume databases to source prospective candidates.
  
  
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and intake interviews in both English and [Second Language] to evaluate skills, experience, and job fit.
  
  
• Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through application paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and orientation instructions.
  
  
• Account Coordination: Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client staffing needs, job specifications, and urgency levels.
  
  
• Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate profiles, interview notes, and placement records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
  
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates to support future placements and referrals.
  
  

• Language Skills: Native or full professional fluency in English and [Second Language—Spanish, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese, etc.] (written and verbal).
  
  
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related fields is a plus.
  
  
• Communication: strong interpersonal and active listening skills with a positive, professional phone presence.
