Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Communication: Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally.
• Order & Return Processing: Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and tracking.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot service or product issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Account Management: Update customer profiles, process account changes, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in company systems.
• Escalations & Follow-up: Escalate complex issues to specialized departments when necessary, and follow up on open tickets to ensure complete resolution and gather feedback.
• Sales Support & Feedback: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products and share customer feedback with management to drive continuous improvement.
