Drive Impactful Change
- Review & Validate: Evaluate deal and loan documentation to identify secured collateral filings.
- Analyze Filings: Navigate PPSA (Canada) and UCC (U.S.) statements for precise tracking.
- Optimize Data: Extract critical filing information and maintain accurate logs using Excel.
- Support Initiatives: Champion collateral tracking projects while working independently.
- 4+ years in a legal, paralegal, loan documentation, or secured lending environment.
- Proficiency reviewing legal, financing, or collateral documentation.
- Knowledge of UCC and/or PPSA filings.
- Advanced Excel skills with meticulous data extraction abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Law Clerk Diploma/Certification.
- Law firm or commercial lending experience.
- Specialized Exposure: Master cross-border secured lending practices.
