Impactful Responsibilities
- Lead with Vision: Direct large-scale strategic initiatives from inception to implementation, aligning business objectives with technology execution.
- Optimize Delivery: Develop robust project plans, meticulously managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Facilitate Alignment: Champion SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums) to drive alignment between product owners, architects, and business leaders.
- Mitigate Risks: Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) while preparing clear, executive-level governance reports.
- 6+ years of specialized Project or Program Management experience.
- 4+ years actively driving initiatives within a SAFe Agile environment.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Blended experience functioning as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager.
- Active SAFe (SA, SSM, POPM, SPC) or PMP certifications.
- Experience within financial services, insurance, or highly regulated sectors.
- Compensation up to: $78.00/hour.
- Work Model: 100% Remote (United States).
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
- Growth Potential: Initial 6-month contract (October 2026 - April 2027) with a pathway for extension or direct conversion to full-time employment.
