Regional Sales Manager – Jewel-Osco | Top Global Food Brand
Ready to take full ownership of a flagship Midwest retail account for a major perishable foods leader?
Randstad is leading the search for a Regional Sales Manager to directly drive growth, distribution, and broker strategy specifically focused on the Jewel-Osco account.
The Role
Own and execute regional growth strategies focused on driving sales and category expansion within Jewel-Osco.
Direct broker partners, manage store-level execution, and conduct high-impact sales presentations to key decision-makers.
Utilize perishable group and syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) to optimize product placement, promotional strategies, and trade plans.
Lead, mentor, and align account managers to consistently exceed regional revenue and distribution targets.
The Requirements
✅ Proven track record of selling directly into Jewel-Osco and navigating key Midwest retail decision-makers.
✅ 5+ years of CPG sales experience with a focus on perishable goods/fresh food categories.
✅ Deep expertise utilizing IRI, Nielsen, or Perishable Group data for fact-based selling.
✅ 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing teams or broker networks.
