Our client specializes in helping public and private sector organizations optimize their purchasing budgets through structured digital bidding models and reverse auction strategies. In this position, you will serve as a project coordinator, vendor strategist, and client advisor. You will guide buyers through complex purchasing initiatives, recruit high-caliber suppliers to ensure market competition, and run live competitive bidding events that generate measurable cost savings. To qualify for this position you must be highly organized, detail oriented, a critical thinker, and self motivated. You must also be proficient in MS Office Suite.  Experience in Supply Chain Management and public sector procurement or government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact, cultivating long-term partnerships across both buyer networks and supplier bases
• Manage opportunity pipelines, vendor onboarding data, and project milestones within the enterprise CRM system
• Proactively identify, recruit, and prep competitive vendors to participate in electronic bidding events
• Meet with purchasing teams and department heads to analyze requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, and mitigate potential execution risks
• Oversee the full lifecycle of client bidding events, maintaining project schedules and ensuring strict compliance with procurement requirements
