We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Temporary Payroll Manager to oversee bi-weekly payroll operations and lead an established payroll team for a prominent New York City non-profit organization. Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing & Operations: Manage and execute end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,200 employees across 90+ programs and multiple NYC locations. Oversee payroll for full-time, part-time, and internship programs (~100 interns under dedicated company codes)
• Team Supervision: Direct and support a payroll team of Payroll Analysts
• System Management: Utilize ADP Workforce Now and ADP EssentialTime for time tracking, manual clock-in management, auto-pay configurations for salaried staff, and payroll reconciliations
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations, review cycle reports, and maintain accuracy during high-volume processing weeks and catch-up weeks
