Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Actively sources passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to build a robust talent
pipeline.
Screens resumes, conducts initial interviews, and manages the scheduling and coordination of the interview
process between candidates and hiring teams.
Assists in the negotiation of offers and ensures a smooth transition to the HR & Training Manager for
onboarding.
Maintains accurate and up to date candidate records in the ADP system to ensure compliance and clean
data.
Represents the Company values to the community, advancing the brand's reputation as an employer of
choice.
Participates in broader HR efforts to promote a positive workplace culture and assists with engagement
activities as needed.
Tracks and reports on key recruiting metrics, such as time to fill and offer acceptance rates.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring
process (e.g., EEO, FCRA for background checks)
