As a Repairs Coordinator, you will serve as the crucial link connecting commercial clients with trusted service vendors. Reporting directly to the Director of Repairs, you will own general trade repair tickets (plumbing, electrical, doors, locks, glass, handyman work, and more) from initial intake all the way through successful completion.

Responsibilities
- Ticket & Inbox Management: Monitor and organize work orders (using our WAVES software and client portals) to ensure no request falls through the cracks.
- Vendor Logistics: Coordinate with contractors/vendors to schedule technicians, review scopes of work, and ensure jobs are completed properly.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed with clear, proactive updates from the moment a ticket opens until it is closed and ready for billing.
- Troubleshooting & Flow: Spot potential delays early and nudge vendors or internal teams to keep repairs moving smoothly.
