Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor & Quality Management: Direct claim vendors, audit settlements and paperwork, and ensure compliance with state insurance laws and company standards.
- Caseload Management: Handle specific complex claims, including glass damage, coverage investigations, high-value cases, and fraud (SIU).
- Data & Analytics: Track vendor and internal KPIs to monitor claim speed, loss adjustment expenses (LAE), and operational trends.
- Service & Support: Assist clients and vendors with policy, billing, and claim inquiries; collaborate across internal tech, accounting, and underwriting teams.
- 3+ years auto claims experience at an insurance carrier with independent authority.
- 3+ years customer service and relationship management experience.
- Strong knowledge of auto insurance regulations, policy language, tort law, and settlement negotiation.
- Proven ability to analyze claim data, KPIs, and financial metrics.
- Industry certifications (IIA, CPCU) are a plus.
