Responsibilities
- Handle inbound call center inquiries from healthcare providers and members regarding eligibility, claims, and coverage details (250+ calls/day).
- Accurately process healthcare and dental claims, manage data entry, and verify eligibility for both electronic and hardcopy submissions.
- Manage ledger/book itemization, printing, and physical check processing.
- Work closely with team members and report directly to company leadership.
