Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Conduct training needs analyses, develop and deliver healthcare training programs, audit staff work, and recommend continuous improvements to policies and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify operational skill gaps across healthcare and managed care departments.
- Select, design, and implement effective training programs and instructional aids.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness using cost-benefit and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee development progress.
- Audit work performed by staff, presenting audit findings and improvement strategies to management.
- Assist in revising policies, standard operating procedures, and clinical/administrative workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of training experience, preferably within a managed care or healthcare environment.
- For Quality Improvement Focus: 2+ years of combined clinical and training experience in managed care or healthcare.
- Proven capability to analyze workflows, research external training solutions, and present analytical findings to leadership.
