Key Responsibilities
- HR Support:
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct new hire orientations.
- Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in HR databases.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, address related inquiries, and manage employee benefits enrollment.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for questions, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Administration: Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- POS & Pricing Control:
- Partner with inventory teams to ensure product pricing, SKUs, and descriptions match system data.
- Coordinate basic POS system maintenance and vendor troubleshooting to prevent register downtime.

- Basic Bookkeeping: Process/scan invoices, and handle payroll/expense reports. Prepare daily bank deposits and manage the cash office functions. Coordinate with outside accounting team serving as in-store liaison.

- 3+ years in Office Management, HR, or bookkeeping within retail, grocery, or hospitality environments.
- Background supporting HR functions (recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, scheduling), cash office procedures, invoice processing, and office management.
- Experience working with Point of Sale (POS) inventory tracking and pricing workflows.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
