We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team and drive excellence in contract management processes. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and organizational policies. Your expertise will support vendor management, and legal compliance, enabling our organization to achieve its goals efficiently and effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support government and commercial contract administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Purchase order review-which includes pricing, delivery, item descriptions, etc.
• Contract review-which entails compliancy with customer terms, clauses, etc.
• Monitor compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), procurement regulatory requirements, UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), and other relevant legal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate procurement processes and contractor management initiatives.
• Works with customer portals; maintaining purchase order details until product is ready to ship creating ASN's and labels Maintain meticulous records of all contract activities
• Support change management efforts related to contract modifications or amendments while ensuring proper documentation
• Complete customer surverys/questionnaires
• Order entry of daily orders
• Sales support reporting
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production and Finance departments.
