- Analyze financial data to forecast market trends and optimize investment strategies, supporting accurate pricing objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and pricing processes based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate cost data and pricing records used in financial and operational decision-making.
- Model and assess the financial impact of proposed pricing and cost changes to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and serve as an internal pricing resource.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education/experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Pricing Analysis, Cost Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a related business function.
- Knowledge of pricing operations, cost accounting, and financial analysis principles.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, reporting, and data analysis tools, coupled with demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, product costing, or supply chain environments.
- Experience supporting standard cost updates, variance analysis, and overhead allocation processes.
