Responsibilities
Certified Spanish speaking reps. Need to review calls from Spanish speaking customers, take notes on them, and translate them to attach that to the case. Unique in that they’ll be doing limited case work and will have limited access to systems. Receive requests from ECMP system. May be doing tracking in Excel. Background in financial services is needed because they’re notating conversations around banking topics. Supports markets outside the Twin Cities, will be good for them to be able to stay in the office until 4:30 to be available later to other time zones.
Training will mostly be just system and process training and may be briefer because of the lack of systems to have to learn.Other groups with similar positions have 2 day turnaround expectation that they’re hoping to beat.
- Summarize the Spanish language calls and attach them to the cases.
- Will be summarizing Inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
- They won’t be on the phones themselves.
- No case work involved
- Will be asked to review call + notate details
- Listen to and summarize calls in Spanish with high accuracy.
- Ensure all transcriptions are free of errors, including grammatical, spelling, and punctuation mistakes.
- Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
