Responsibilities
- Code, review, and enter high-volume operational and job-cost invoices with speed and high precision.
- Perform standard 3-way matching by cross-referencing incoming delivery tickets against purchase orders/commitments prior to system posting.
- Set up new vendor profiles, request tax documentation (W-9s), and track active Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure vendor compliance prior to deliveries.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements against open sub-ledger accounts, proactively identifying missing invoices, credit holds, or billing discrepancies.
- Partner with administrative team members to review, verify, and prioritize incoming paper and digital vendor invoices.
- Support monthly closing procedures to ensure accounts payable sub-ledgers balance cleanly.
