As a primary operational contact for both internal teams and external participants, you will provide essential guidance on transaction workflows, documentation requirements, and system processes. This position supports both partner-facilitated financing and direct lending models, requiring strong operational discipline, excellent data accuracy, and consistent process execution.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services operations, loan processing, or lending support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience navigating loan origination or financial workflow software.

Key Responsibilities
- Loan Operations & Transaction Execution
- Process loan originations, renewals, and servicing transactions within established system workflows and operational procedures.
- Coordinate, gather, and review required loan documentation to verify completeness according to program criteria.
- Index and maintain accurate loan and customer records within company databases.
- Handle servicing requests including credit availability, maturity extensions, product fund transfers, and account updates.
- Monitor operational reports and queues to ensure processing activities meet quality and turnaround standards.
- Manage the intake, sorting, and distribution of daily incoming documentation and mail.
- Process loan originations, renewals, and servicing transactions within established system workflows and operational procedures.
- Operational Guidance & Partner Support
- Serve as a knowledge resource, guiding program participants and partners on proper system usage, documentation requirements, and submission processes.
- Communicate directly with partners to clarify requirements and resolve operational inquiries or submission issues.
- Identify recurring operational bottlenecks or training needs to support continuous partner education.

- Credit Review & Analysis Support
- Review credit scoring, bureau reports, and program criteria to verify proper approval levels and recourse requirements.
- Recommend credit standard exceptions to leadership when appropriate.
- Assist with risk monitoring and operational tasks for delinquent accounts as needed.
