We are looking for an energetic Accounting Operations Manager to take ownership of one of our core operational teams (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Direct Billing) and drive operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-functioning, fast-paced, high-volume accounting operations team.
- Focus on continuous training and professional development to elevate team capability and performance.
- Establish clear, actionable team goals and individual KPIs to drive accountability and measure success.
- Oversee daily workflow management, ensuring accountabilities are met and operational bottlenecks are proactively resolved.
- Take direct accountability for leading one of three core operational functions: Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), or Direct Billing.
- Steer team performance using metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain accuracy and productivity.
- Partner closely with the Sr. Accounting Analyst to identify, design, and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate regularly with international colleagues, including teams based in India, to streamline global workflows.
- Cross-collaborate across multiple divisions within MMC to align accounting operations with broader business objectives.
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills to support complex reporting, analysis, and operational tasks.
- Utilize enterprise systems (such as Oracle and Workday) to manage financial workflows, reporting, and operational tracking.
