Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Freight Coordination: Manage daily shipping operations, schedule freight carriers, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing products.
- Inside Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and sales requests while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Operational Execution: Support daily office workflow, maintain inventory and order logs, and collaborate across departments to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Administrative & Data Management: Utilize Microsoft 365 daily to log data, maintain spreadsheets, track orders, and handle general business correspondence.
