In this role, you will serve as the primary administrative support for the local office, working directly alongside senior leadership. You will manage daily front-office operations, handle patient scheduling, process referrals, and maintain smooth, efficient office workflows.

Responsibilities
- Patient & Referral Coordination: Answer incoming phone calls, field patient inquiries, and efficiently process intake referrals and requests for services.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments based on practitioner availability.
- Communication & Problem Resolution: Maintain clear, professional communication with patients, referral sources, and insurance providers to resolve questions or administrative issues promptly.
- Practice Support: Work directly with senior practice leadership and clinical staff to ensure all patient administrative needs are met.
- Quality & Compliance: Assist in documenting, tracking, and communicating patient feedback or quality concerns to appropriate leadership.
- General Office Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative duties and office organization as the primary administrative liaison on-site.
