Randstad is seeking reliable, professional candidates for on-call front desk receptionist coverage across various top companies in the Boca Raton to West Palm Beach area. You will complete one day of paid training to learn company-specific front desk procedures, then serve as the primary backup receptionist when permanent staff take PTO or call out sick. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a welcoming, professional demeanor
  
  
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  
  
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with light administrative tasks
  
  

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule with open availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  
• Ability to report to work on short notice for last-minute sick coverage
  
  
• Communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  
  
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sites / multiple companies located in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach areas.
