In this 100% remote position, you will champion regulatory adherence, ensuring seamless international logistics, mitigating risk, and protecting supply chain integrity. Drive Impactful Operations
- Execute accurate product classifications using the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS), Schedule B, and ECCNs to support timely and compliant global shipments.
- Investigate and secure vital regulatory data for Other Government Agencies (FDA, FCC, EPA), alongside CVD/ADD and Section 301/232 requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve entry discrepancies, maintain robust product dictionaries, and respond effectively to compliance audits.
- Optimize end-to-end classification workflows, leading continuous improvement projects to enhance both productivity and quality.
- Intermediate expertise in import processes, customs brokerage functions, HTS classification, and Export Administration Regulations (ECCN).
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, or 6+ years of practical international trade and customs experience.
- Advanced communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for data-driven reporting and analysis.
- Preferred: Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Certified Export Specialist (CES), or an active Customs Broker License.
- Compensation: Up to $30.34 per hour.
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Notes: Travel up to 5%; Federal Background Check and Fingerprinting required.
