Key Responsibilities
- General Ledger & Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and assist with the month-end close process.
- Account Reconciliations: Reconcile monthly bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate monthly financial statements and reporting packages.
- AP / AR Support: Process accounts payable invoices, assist with billing, and track collections as needed.
- Audit & Compliance: Help prepare documentation for annual external financial statement audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of general accounting experience.
- US GAAP standards.
- Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role
We are seeking an ALL-STAR detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Glen Mills, PA. In this role, you will handle day-to-day general ledger accounting, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and play a key role in our month-end financial close.
