- Cultivate Partnerships: Build robust, strategic relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
- Drive Excellence: Execute precise document retrieval, preparation, and complex jurisdictional filings.
- Champion Solutions: Proactively resolve challenges, guide order fulfillment, and expertly navigate service offerings for clients.
- Innovate & Optimize: Analyze existing processes and spearhead recommendations to enhance team efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Essential: Associate's degree OR 1+ years of proven customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional setting.
- Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with exceptional data entry precision.
- Essential: Ability to multitask, prioritize demands from multiple sources, and solve complex problems analytically.
- Preferred: Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking.
- Compensation: $24.13/hour.
