Delivering customized transport, warehousing, and customs brokerage services across North America, they operate in a dynamic, high-volume transactional environment. They are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Accounts Payable Clerk to manage high-volume vendor invoice processing in a fully remote capacity.

• Processing a high volume of 100 to 120 vendor invoices per day.
• 100% remote

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Invoice Processing: Review, code, and enter 100–120 vendor invoices daily into Sage Intacct with a high degree of precision and minimal error rate.
  
  
• Three-Way Matching: Perform three-way matching of vendor invoices against purchase orders, bills of lading, freight rate sheets, and receiving documents.
  
  
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing variances, rate discrepancies, short-payments, and unbilled receipts by coordinating with internal operations managers and carrier partners.
  
  
• Vendor & Carrier Communications: Serve as a key contact for carrier partners and vendors; respond promptly to payment status inquiries, reconcile monthly vendor statements, and maintain positive partner relationships.
  
  
• Payment Cycle Support: Assist the AP Manager with weekly check runs, ACH disbursements, wire transfers, and virtual card payment batches.
