Drive Impact in University Recruitment As a key player in our talent attraction strategy, you will have the autonomy to design seamless experiences for MBA and undergraduate candidates. You will:
- Orchestrate Candidate Experiences: Lead the execution of vibrant campus recruiting events and interview days that captivate emerging talent.
- Optimize Recruiting Operations: Streamline candidate filtering and logistics for MBA programs, ensuring a flawless journey.
- Direct the Annual Strategy: Manage key milestones on the recruiting calendar to maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
- Innovate Engagement: Curate compelling briefing materials, event collateral, and marketing assets.
- Leverage Technology: Maximize recruitment systems by managing campaigns in Avature CRM, optimizing workflows in Workday, and driving outreach via Handshake.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Champion inclusive relationships with university partners and external organizations (e.g., Forte, Thrive, CPI).
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruiting coordination, event management, or project management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with meticulous precision.
- Empathic communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to build rapport effortlessly.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of modern recruiting platforms (Workday, Avature, Handshake).
